Ashley Edwards is a Director of Research at the College Board, a non-profit organization dedicated to the expansion of access to higher education. Prior to her time at the College Board, Ashley served as a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board, helping to navigate and analyze a rapidly changing economy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ashley is passionate about creating opportunities for early exposure to education and career paths and mentorship for high-school and college-aged students. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Howard University in 2019 with a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Applied Math. Ashley was born and raised in McKinney, TX, and currently resides in the Washington, DC, area with her husband, Justin.
