Student Board Member

The Student Board Member will play a vital role in representing the student perspective on our board. This role will support the Mentorship Committee by providing insight on student needs, helping shape program initiatives, and ensuring our mentorship efforts remain impactful and student-centered.

Non-Profit Management Intern

The Non-Profit Management Intern will assist with administrative and operational functions, including record management, correspondence, budgeting support, and coordination of program implementation while working closely with the board.

Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern will play a vital role in amplifying the organization’s mission through digital storytelling and community engagement. This role will support our communications efforts by creating and scheduling content, highlighting mentorship and student development initiatives, and helping ensure our online presence stays relevant, consistent, and student-centered. The intern will also help gather engagement insights to strengthen how we connect with students, mentors, and supporters across our platforms.

Marketing & Event Planning Intern

The Marketing and Event Planning Intern will support digital outreach and event initiatives by assisting with content creation, social media management, event coordination, promotional campaigns, and brand engagement while collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders.

Vice-Chair of the Board

The Vice Chair of the Board plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission and strategic direction of the organization. This position supports the Board Chair and Executive Director in governance, strategic planning, and board engagement, while helping ensure the organization’s programs—particularly within mentorship and student development—remain aligned with the needs of the communities we serve. The Vice Chair also provides oversight, continuity in leadership, and guidance to strengthen board effectiveness and organizational impact.
