Ram Kumar Narayanaswamy

  • Ram (He/ Him) is a seasoned business transformation manager with over 26 years of experience in the Banking industry. He has held several diversified roles in Cognizant, Fitch Ratings, Citibank, RBS and Lloyds Bank ranging from development, R&D, Quality Assurance, Risk and Project Management. He has trained several colleagues on Agile Framework and Six Sigma methodologies.

    Ram is the secretary for the Dara Ashley Foundation. He is an engineering graduate from University of Madras in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He is also on the board of a few non profit organizations holding advisory and treasurer roles. He spends most of his free time mentoring kids with special needs. He is also an advocate of Inclusion and Diversity and partners with several financial institutions, Legal firms to collaborate and share best practices. He is also a committee member is a temple in Flushing, NY where he spends time volunteering on weekends and teaching religion to second and third grade kids.

    He is known for his innovative thinking, sense of humor, and very much passionate about yoga, meditation, and in depth knowledge on Indian philosophies. He is also an Ally for our North America Rainbow network at Lloyds bank and has been a role model advocate for the past two years. He also loves participating as a speaker and/or panelist sharing project experiences with other financial firms.
