    Strategic global executive with extensive expertise in brand, marketing, and communications, specializing in nonprofit causes. Currently serving as the Vice President of Brand Experience and Marketing at the Council for Professional Recognition, I leverage my comprehensive background to enhance organizational visibility and engagement. My academic achievements include a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D), a Master's in Nonprofit and Association Management, and a BS in Marketing Management from the University of Maryland. 

    Prior to my tenure at the Council, I held the position of Global Head of Marketing and Communications at the International Baccalaureate (IB), a prominent global education nonprofit. My expertise extends to leading international change management endeavors, multilingual branding campaigns, and speaking engagements at conferences and events, including the National Press Club and Certification Network Group in Washington, DC. 

    I bring extensive experience in international strategy, organizational strategic planning, board engagement, and fiscal and programmatic oversight. My work with various cultures has honed my intercultural awareness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to navigate complex global landscapes effectively. 
     
    With a robust history with the nonprofit sector and a keen focus on developing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks, I have successfully driven initiatives that foster inclusive environments and promote educational excellence. My dissertation on the shortage of certified early childhood education teachers in the Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV), Texas, underscores my commitment to addressing critical issues in education.
